Ready to join a language group? Classes are formed and launched as soon as we reach our target number of interested students. To reserve your spot and be the first to know when your group starts, please complete the Expression of Interest Form below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Length of Classes

  • The 30-session class will run for a total of 6 weeks for Saturday Group classes.

Schedule

  • Classes are held every Saturday, either 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN or 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. 

Materials

  • Modules and/or learning materials are a must and are strictly for student use only. 

Payment

  • The fee covers both the course and the materials. Full payment should be done before the start of the classes.
  • For customized group classes, please contact us. 

Certificate

  • The certificate is optional with an additional cost of 500 Php. Certificate fee can be paid later before issuance of the certificate.

Attendance

  • Non-attendance will mean forfeiture of their payments. Students who incur absences will not be given make-up or additional classes.

Start Of Classes

  • Classes are subject to pooling for Saturday Group Classes.

Next Level

  • Academia offers advanced-level programs. The students who want to join should inform the administration.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of classes and other announcements will be made via email. 

Invitations

  • Invitations for the start of the classes will also be done via email.
  • Please reply “Yes”, “No” or “Maybe”so we can update your records accordingly.

Social Media

  • Academia management may post pictures of the classes and other activities on social media platforms. 

Technical Requirements

  • Online classes are conducted via Google Meet. The students are required to have a device with Google Meet installed. There should be an available microphone, speaker, and webcam available for desktops and laptops.
